great staff but breakfast needs improvement

The front desk employee Doupe provided excellent service during check-in and was always available when I needed assistance. The overall location was convenient and not hard to find, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast options were lacking quality and could have been better.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the clean fitness center, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my lost phone during my first visit, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend a stay here!

I really had a great time at the Holiday Inn Express in Tampa. The room was super clean and spacious, making it easy for me to relax after a long day. They had great amenities like a nice fitness center with a solid selection of weights. I appreciated the early housekeeping. they were polite and made sure to knock before entering. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a nice variety of options, even if I missed my favorite orange juice. On the downside, the noise level was noticeable at times, especially from neighboring rooms. The pull-out couch wasn’t very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend relying on it for a good night's sleep. Overall, I would definitely return despite the few flaws.

We just spent 2 nights here and loved the clean vibe! The breakfast was delicious—biscuits and gravy were a hit. Staff were super friendly, always smiling.
